The project "Modern Quarter" is another complex that clears Kyiv of former industrial zones: a new residential complex with pedestrian walkways, fountains, relaxation areas, landscape design, and a mini sports stadium will be built on the site of old garages and partially abandoned warehouses.

For the youngest residents of the "Modern Quarter" complex, a kindergarten will be opened on the complex's territory. To other preschool institutions in Borshchahivka, such as kindergarten No. 425, the school-kindergarten "Syaivo", the private kindergarten "Super7ya", it will take 7-10 minutes by car. The closest schools to the "Modern Quarter" complex are No. 26 in 5 minutes, No. 173 in 7 minutes, No. 229 in 12 minutes, and school No. 115 in 15 minutes.
You can go for training nearby to the "Athlete" sports complex or, driving 6 minutes, to the M-Gym sports club, 4 minutes to the Steel Gym fitness club and Workshop fitness club, or 8 minutes to the Fit Curves women's fitness studio. For football players, the "Metalist" stadium is a 5-minute walk from the complex.
