BritanHouse is twelve two-story cottages that attract attention with their exterior design. The clinker brick facade combined with dark roofing, window profiles, and balcony railings fully embodies the British style of architecture. The surrounding area is paved with paving stones, and the house is enclosed by a wooden fence (with brick elements on the facade). There is a carport for vehicles. The main advantage of a cottage compared to an apartment is the presence of its own plot of land, where you can place a gazebo with a grill area, a pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, or a garden.

Infrastructure

The village area is located 20 minutes by car from "Kyiv-Zhuliany" airport and 40 minutes from the city center. The metro station "Vasylkivska" is 2.5 km from the house, a bit further are "Exhibition Center" and "Hippodrome."
