BritanHouse is twelve two-story cottages that attract attention with their exterior design. The clinker brick facade combined with a dark roof, window profiles, and balcony railings fully reflect the British style of architecture. The building territory is paved with paving stones, and the house is surrounded by a wooden fence (with brick elements on the facade). There is a carport for vehicles. The main advantage of a cottage compared to an apartment is the presence of its own land plot, where you can place a gazebo with a grill area, a pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, or a garden.

Infrastructure

The town area is located 20 minutes by car from Kyiv-Zhuliany Airport and 40 minutes from the city center. 2.5 km away from the house is Vasilkivska metro station, a little further are the Exhibition Center and the Hippodrome.
