BritanHouse is twelve two-story cottages that attract attention with their exterior design. The facade cladding with clinker brick, combined with dark roofing, window profiles, and balcony railings, fully reflects the British style of architecture. The surrounding area is paved with paving stones, and the house is enclosed by a wooden fence (with brick elements on the facade), with a carport provided for vehicles. The main advantage of a cottage compared to an apartment is the presence of its own land plot, where you can place a gazebo with a grill area, a swimming pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, or a garden.

Infrastructure

The town area is located 20 minutes by car from Kyiv-Zhuliany Airport and 40 minutes from the city center. The metro station "Vasylkivska" is 2.5 km from the house, a little further are "Exhibition Center" and "Hippodrome."
