Forest Villa consists of 12 single-storey cottages with an area of ​​150 sq. m. each, with an additional relaxation area on the roof. According to the project, the housing is built in a high-tech style - light decoration of the facade with elements of natural materials (wood, stone), large windows, concise lines. When purchasing a cottage, you will also have your own plot of land from 7 to 10 acres, which is fully landscaped, fenced off from neighboring plots, equipped with an automatic lawn irrigation system, and the pathways are paved with paving stones.
