Forest Villa consists of 12 single-storey cottages with an area of ​​150 sq. m. each, with an additional relaxation area on the exploited roof. According to the project, the housing is built in a high-tech style - light exterior decoration with elements of natural materials (wood, stone), large windows, concise lines. When buying a cottage, you will also have your own plot of land from 7 to 10 acres, which is fully decorated with landscape design, fenced with a fence from neighboring plots, equipped with an automatic lawn irrigation system, and the paths are paved with paving stones. The format of a country house will allow you to have a barbecue in your backyard, install a pool, or engage in gardening.

The entire territory of the town is closed to outsiders and equipped with surveillance cameras. For all residents, there is a small park with a fountain, a children's playground, and recreation areas.

The cottage town Forest Villa is located in the village of Rozhivka, 8 km from Brovary. This is an environmentally friendly location surrounded by coniferous forests, far from dusty roads.
