Gardd House Eco Village comfort-class cottage town is located in the village of Rozhny in the Brovary district near the banks of the Desna River. According to the project, there are two construction phases planned: 45 cottages and 44 duplexes. The main feature of the town is a 500 sq.m pond for swimming and water activities with a relaxation area. The water self-cleaning system and special green plantings create a unique eco-system in the pond, which remains clean and transparent at all times.
