LCD KM Gardd House Eco Village In Kievskaya oblaste

The comfort-class cottage village Gardd House Eco Village is located in the village of Rohni in Brovary district near the banks of the Desna River. According to the project, two construction phases are planned: 45 cottages and 44 duplexes. The main highlight of the village is a 500 sq.m pond for swimming and water activities with a relaxation area. The water self-cleaning system and special green plantings create a unique eco-system in the pond, which remains clean and transparent at all times.

For walks in the shade of trees, there is a green park with a large children's playground at the entrance to the complex. All necessary infrastructure will be located in a commercial space near the central KP. The village area will be closed to outsiders, and round-the-clock security will be provided for residents.

Gardd House Eco Village is located in the picturesque Pridneprovie, a 20-minute drive from Kyiv. The public transport stop is 750 m away, from where shuttle bus No. 341 runs to the metro station "Chernihivska".

Within walking distance, there is a beach and quiet fishing spots. In the suburban health center Shambala Wellness Club, a 10-minute walk away, you can visit the SPA, perform spiritual practices, and undergo rejuvenating procedures. 2 km away is the open suburban leisure club "Adventurer" with a restaurant, pool, boat station, rope park, shooting range, and other entertainment.

The educational infrastructure of the village of Rohni is represented by an educational complex.
