LCD KM Freeland In Kievskaya oblaste

Under the name KM Freeland, the developer means the concept of a "city of free people." The project's concept involves not just building houses, but also creating a friendly neighborhood community - a town oriented towards active, creative people and young families. The territory will be closed to outsiders, with play areas for children of all ages, workout complexes, a 30-meter pool with a lounge area, dog walking areas, bike paths, pedestrian walkways with landscape design, and guest parking. Infrastructure

The cottage town in the Dutch style is located 40 km from the center of Kyiv on the Boryspil highway and 5 minutes drive from Boryspil. It is 23 km to the "Boryspilska" metro station.

All the main infrastructure - schools, kindergartens, medical centers, and supermarkets - are located in the nearest city of Boryspil. The road to any institution will take no more than 15 minutes by car.

Equipment

• there will be 95 houses in the barnhouse and Dutch neoclassical styles in the settlement

• there is an option to choose the building material for the house: SIP panels or gas concrete

• the basic equipment includes the construction of the foundation, walls, partitions, interfloor slabs, roof installation, as well as complete exterior decoration according to the designer's project

• there is an option to purchase a turnkey house with finishing both outside and inside

• the area of each plot is 600-800 sq. m., with hedges to divide the territories
