KM Gran Montaña is a stylish and modern cottage village located near Kyiv, in the village of Hora in the Borispil district. The project concept aims to create a place that is ideal for family life: safe, comfortable, ecological, and beautiful.

In addition, having only one floor ensures a fast construction speed: a cottage can be built in just 4-5 months. All cottages are spacious (132-200 sq.m) and have convenient layouts: high ceilings, panoramic windows, thoughtful apartment layouts.

The developer offers four standard projects, each featuring a large kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, parking for two cars with a canopy, and a furnished terrace with beautiful views. All cottages have an energy efficiency certificate, so maintenance costs will be moderate.

Infrastructure

KM Gran Montaña is located on the outskirts of the village of Hora, which has convenient transportation links to Kyiv. By car, you can reach the capital (Boryspil metro station) in 20 minutes, and by minibus, the journey will take only 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about 800 m from the village (a 10-minute walk) - from there, you can take minibuses No. 941 and 344, which will take you directly to the Boryspil, Vyrlytsia, and Kharkiv metro stations.

The village of Hora has everything necessary for a comfortable life. There is a secondary school (2.5 km from the village, about a 30-minute walk or 6 minutes by car), a kindergarten (2 km from the village, about a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car), a "Fora" chain store (3 km), and several small shops.
