KM Gran Montaña is a stylish and modern cottage town located near Kyiv, in the village of Hora in Borispil district. The project concept is to create a place that is perfect for family living: safe, comfortable, ecological, and beautiful.

KM Gran Montaña is located on the outskirts of the village of Hora, which has convenient transport links to Kyiv. By car, you can reach the capital (Boryspilska metro station) in 20 minutes, and by minibus, the journey will take only 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about 800 m from the town (10 minutes walk) - you can take minibuses No. 941 and 344, which will take you to Boryspilska, Vyrlytsia, and Kharkivska metro stations without transfers.

The village of Hora has everything necessary for comfortable living.
