PROSVIT VILLAGE is a cottage town in the suburbs of Kyiv, next to 200 hectares of protected forest, promising peace, clean air, fishing, mushroom picking, and berry picking. Future residents are offered 38 cottages of four types with land plots and open terraces for outdoor relaxation.

The town itself will have its own pool, SPA, tennis court, gym, children's and sports playgrounds, a park area with places for walking and cycling, gazebos, and BBQ facilities. Each cottage is provided with parking space for two cars. Guests can park their cars in a specially equipped surface parking lot.

Infrastructure

PROSVIT VILLAGE cottage town is being built at the entrance to the village of Protsiv, 25 minutes by car from Boryspil and 30 minutes from the nearest metro stations "Boryspilska", "Slavutych" and "Oskariki". Suburban minibuses No. 324 and No. 324P run between the village and Kyiv, providing transport to the "Kharkivska" metro station, as well as minibus No. 64 with the final stop near the "Slavutych" metro station. It takes 18 minutes by car to get to Boryspil International Airport and 50-60 minutes to get to Independence Square in central Kyiv.

You can buy groceries near the complex at the "Okolytsia" grocery store, a 6-minute walk away, and at supermarkets of the "Fora", "Kolo", and "ATB-Market" chains located along Central Street or in neighboring settlements. If you prefer homemade products, it's a 3-minute drive to the local market.

The youngest residents of PROSVIT VILLAGE will be welcomed at a modern kindergarten near the complex and in The Forest Tale nursery, which is a 4-minute drive away, and at the Protsiv Primary School - a 3-minute drive away. A comprehensive school with an emphasis on foreign languages is being built near the cottages, where older children can continue their education. Parents can also send their children to schools and kindergartens in neighboring settlements, within a 10-15 minute radius by car. These include "Kolosok" kindergartens in Hlybokoye and "Berezka" in Petropavlivsk, primary and secondary schools in Hlybokoye and Revne. A comprehensive school and Zoloche International School kindergarten are located 22-25 minutes away by car in Vishenky.

Sporting enthusiasts will find the "Sosnovy Hay" sports club a 15-minute walk from the PROSVIT VILLAGE cottage town, and fishing enthusiasts can spend time at the Upper Dam fishing pier, a 9-minute drive away. Protsiv is also home to the Butenka Equestrian Club, which houses a professional children's equestrian school.
