Cottage town Svitlo Development is 12 cottages and 16 duplexes in the forest zone of Irpen, each of which is built according to an exclusive project. Next to each duplex is a plot of land ranging from 3.5 to 5 acres, with a cottage ranging from 5 to 10 acres. Another feature of the houses in the cottage town will be open terraces, where you can create cozy corners for relaxation and family evenings in the fresh air.
