Svitlo Development cottage village is 12 cottages and 16 duplexes in the forest zone of Irpen, each of which is built according to an exclusive project. Next to each duplex is an adjoining plot of land ranging from 3.5 to 5 acres, with a cottage ranging from 5 to 10 acres.
