KM "Primorsky" is a modern duplex complex on the shore of the Kyiv Sea in the village of Lyutizh, Kyiv region. The total area of 1 hectare accommodates 24 two-story cottages according to two standard projects with an area of 117 sq.m and 138 sq.m.

During construction, technologies and materials that meet modern quality standards, energy efficiency, and environmental safety are used. The walls made of gas blocks are additionally insulated with basalt wool. Individual heating will allow maintaining a comfortable room temperature throughout the year. If public transport is needed, route buses No.346, No.350, No.354, No.355, No.795 pass through Lyutizh.

You can buy groceries at the "Fora" supermarket 4 minutes by car from KM "Primorsky" or at "Silpo," which is a couple of minutes longer. There are also several supermarkets on the way to the capital.

If medical assistance is needed, the nearest family medicine clinic is a 3-minute drive from the house. A medical advisory and diagnostic center operates in Novi Petrivtsi.
