KM "Primorsky" is a modern duplex complex on the shore of the Kyiv Sea in the village of Lyutizh, Kyiv region. On a total area of 1 hectare, there are 24 two-story cottages based on two typical projects with an area of 117 sq.m and 138 sq.m.

You can buy groceries at the "Fora" supermarket 4 minutes by car from "Primorsky" or at "Silpo," which takes a couple of minutes longer. There are also several supermarkets on the way to the capital.

If medical assistance is needed, the nearest family medicine clinic is a 3-minute drive from the house. A bit further away is a medical advisory and diagnostic center in Novi Petrivtsi.
