Riviera Village is a club complex of buildings in a pine forest adjacent to the Dnipro canal near the Kyiv Sea. The complex is located in the village of Lebedivka, Vyshhorod district, on a total area of 200 hectares, over 100 hectares of which are forest. The project is being implemented by the developer company "Riviera Estate".

Riviera Village is a stable successful project that has been under construction and development for 15 years. During this time, the cottage complex has grown from 25 households to 200 already built. Today, there are another 150 cottages being built, located in 8 areas of the complex.

The cottages are built using classic brick technology. These are modern functional and at the same time highly aesthetic houses, the designs of which were developed individually with a focus on this unique natural location. Riviera Village is located in the village of Lebedivka, Vyshhorod district. It is 20 km to Kyiv by car, 7 km of which is the road home with the sea on the horizon. Thanks to the unique microclimate, coniferous forests, and proximity to the river, clean air and favorable ecology are present here.
