"Zarichny Hay" Cottage Complex is residential housing for permanent or temporary residence in the suburbs of Kyiv. Ten two-story cottages with mansards and small open balconies are being built within a 15-minute drive from the capital, in a green area near the forest and the Demidivka river. Each cottage has its own plot with a green lawn where children can play and adults can relax. The town is equipped with driveways for cars, and pedestrian paths paved with sidewalk tiles.
