"Zarichny Gai" cottage complex is a housing for permanent or temporary residence in the suburbs of Kyiv. Ten two-story cottages with attic and small open balconies are being built 15 minutes by car from the capital, in a green corner near the forest and the Demidivka river. Next to each cottage there is a private plot with a green lawn, where children can play and adults can relax. The "Zarichny Gai" cottage town is located 7 minutes by car from the Boryspil highway, which leads to the nearest metro stations in Kyiv: "Boryspilska," "Chervony Khutir," and "Vyrlytsia" in 15 minutes.
