"LBD1" is a small cottage town located in the village of Lebedivka, next to elite suburban development. The town consists of only seven townhouses located in a closed area, so the project fully corresponds to the club status provided by the developer.

It has convenient transport links with neighboring cities: by car to Vyshhorod, you can reach in just 18 minutes, and to the capital in 30 minutes. Public transport will take a little longer: to Vyshhorod, the travel time is about 20 minutes, and to Kyiv - approximately 35-40 minutes. There are shuttle buses No. 351 and 399 that go directly to these cities, with a stop located in the center of the village.

Lebedivka has everything necessary for a comfortable life: there are municipal primary and secondary schools. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a Nova Poshta office.
