"Green Boulevard" is a comfort-class cottage town in the suburbs of the capital - the village of Bilohorodka in Bucha district. The project is implemented by the company "Eurodim". On a total area of 20 hectares, there are 306 cottages, each on a separate fenced plot of land ranging from 5.5 to 7.5 acres. The future house project can be chosen from 6 typical options. Two typical options involve the construction of single-storey houses with an area of 80 and 106 sq.m, while four options involve two-storey houses with an area of 105-236 sq.m.

During construction, two technologies are used - the Canadian method of erecting cottages from SIP panels, as well as the classic technology of erecting walls from gas concrete blocks. Both options provide maximum heat savings, which positively affects the cost of heating. The houses are equipped with a powerful eight-kilowatt input of a three-phase power grid and are connected to the central water supply, with high-speed internet being installed in each cottage. Convenient driveways are arranged on the complex territory, with asphalt driveways organized.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of the "Green Boulevard" cottage town is closed to outsiders, under security and video surveillance. Green areas and spaces for children's playgrounds are arranged here.

The management company with an emergency service will take care of solving the main problems of the town's life.

Infrastructure

The cottage town "Green Boulevard" is located near a forest park area in the village of Bilohorodka in Bucha district. The advantage of the location is the presence of two exits towards Kyiv: to the Zhytomyr highway and the P04 Kyiv - Fastiv highway, which allows residents to use the capital's infrastructure. By car, it is 13 minutes to the nearest metro station "Zhytomyrska" and 12 minutes to the Great Ring Road. If public transport is needed, suburban shuttle buses No. 748 and No. 749 run from Bilohorodka with final stops near the metro stations "Sviatoshyn" and "Nyvky".

Residents of the "Green Boulevard" cottage town can buy groceries at a mini-market on the town's territory or at two nearby grocery stores. Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach the "Fora" supermarket in Shevchenkivskyi district, or within 10 minutes to "Silpo" and "Bilgorod Center" in Bilohorodka, as well as the local market. You can also go shopping and entertainment to the "Europark" shopping mall in Sviatopetrivske in a 15-minute drive by car. Here, besides the "Silpo" supermarket, there are stores of various directions, a cinema, a children's leisure zone "Kinderland", restaurants, a fast food zone, etc.

Parents of young children can walk for 10 minutes to take their child to the kindergarten "Winny Puh". In Bilohorodka, there are the kindergarten "Barvinok" and the private family club "Healthy Family", which can be reached by car in 6 minutes. The private kindergarten "ZelenSad" is about an 8-minute drive away. In the neighboring Sviatopetrivske, there is the Montessori space "Monte Kids". For older children in Bilohorodka, there is a general education school No. 1, Bilohorodskaya school of I-III degrees, the private primary school "Advance Green School" and the school "ThinkGlobal", Bilohorodskaya music school.
