"Zelenyi Bulvar" is a comfort-class cottage town in the suburbs of the capital - the village of Bilohorodka in the Bucha district. The project is being implemented by the company "Eurodim". On a total area of ​​20 hectares, there are 306 cottages, each on a separate fenced plot of land ranging from 5.5 to 7.5 acres. The future house project can be chosen from 6 typical options. Two typical options involve the construction of single-storey houses with an area of ​​80 and 106 sq.m, while four involve two-storey houses ranging from 105 to 236 sq.m.

Two technologies are used in the construction - the Canadian method of erecting cottages from SIP panels, as well as the classic technology of erecting walls from gas concrete blocks. Both options provide maximum heat savings, which positively affects the cost of heating. The houses are equipped with a powerful eight-kilowatt input of a three-phase power grid and are connected to the central water supply, with high-speed internet being provided in each cottage. Convenient driveways are arranged on the complex territory, with asphalt driveways organized.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of the "Zelenyi Bulvar" cottage town is closed to outsiders, is under security and video surveillance. Green areas and spaces for children's playgrounds are arranged here.

The main life support problems of the town will be taken care of by a management company with an emergency service.

Infrastructure

The cottage town "Zelenyi Bulvar" is located near a forest park area in the village of Bilohorodka in the Bucha district. The advantage of the location is the presence of two exits towards Kyiv: to the Zhytomyrska highway and the P04 Kyiv - Fastiv highway, which allows residents to use the capital's infrastructure. By car, it is 13 minutes to the nearest metro station "Zhytomyrska" and 12 minutes to the Great Ring Road. If public transport is needed, suburban minibus routes No. 748 and No. 749 run from Bilohorodka to the metro stations "Sviatoshyn" and "Nyvky".
