LCD Novyi Podil In Kiiv

"Novyi Podil" is a multifunctional residential area on the banks of the Dnipro, which combines business-class apartments, its own embankment with a promenade boulevard and beach, a Cultural Center and an open-air amphitheater, commercial areas and offices with open terraces on the roofs, offering views of Podil and the Dnipro. The new construction project includes 7 blocks, the streets of which will be accessible to Kyiv residents and guests, while the inner courtyards will be for residents only. Commercial premises such as shops, offices, restaurants, and cafes will be located around the perimeter of the blocks.

To design the 1-kilometer embankment, landscape design with dozens of types of shrubs, trees, and meadow grasses will be used, along with two restored port cranes. Near the water, terraces for outdoor relaxation will be arranged by the developer.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" is located 10 minutes by car from Maidan Nezalezhnosti and 5 minutes on foot from the historic district of old Podil. A 10-minute walk to Havana Bridge, which connects the development area to Rybalsky Island, and a 15-minute kayak ride to Trukhaniv Island. Trukhaniv Island can also be accessed via a pedestrian bridge across the Dnipro, a 35-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away.

If public transport is needed, there is a bus stop for bus number 53 near the complex, and a 5-minute walk away are bus stops for buses number 62 and number 115, with the nearest metro station "Kontraktova Square" 11 minutes away.

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" will have its own developed infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, and service centers. All necessary social infrastructure facilities are also nearby the new construction. The nearest supermarket "Silpo" is a 5-minute walk away, and within the same 5 minutes by car are two ATB-Market supermarkets, one of which is in the "Shokolad" shopping center, and a Silpo network store.

For children, there will be modern playgrounds, children's sections based on the Cultural Center, a school, and two kindergartens within the complex. Children can also walk to the "Znaika" kindergarten-school, "Podillia" kindergarten-school, and preschool center No. 676, which are 8-9 minutes away. For older children, Gymnasium No. 107 "Vvedenska", School No. 124 specializing in information technology, and Gymnasium "Mezhigirska" are a 10-minute walk away. Within a 5-minute drive are kindergartens No. 120 and No. 162, Mathematical School No. 17, and School No. 10.

For sports and active recreation, the residential complex will have sports grounds, running and cycling tracks, tennis courts, a basketball court, a football field, a skate park, and a climbing wall.
