LCD Novyi Podil In Kiiv

"Novyi Podil" is a multifunctional residential area on the banks of the Dnipro River, which combines business-class apartments, its own embankment with a promenade and a beach, a Cultural Center and an open-air amphitheater, commercial areas and offices with open terraces on the roofs, offering views of Podil and the Dnipro River. The new construction project includes 7 blocks, with streets accessible to Kyiv residents and guests, while the inner courtyards are only for residents. Commercial spaces such as shops, offices, restaurants, and cafes will be located around the perimeter of the blocks.

To design the 1-kilometer-long embankment, landscape design will be applied using dozens of varieties of bushes, trees, and meadow grasses, as well as two restored port cranes. The developer will create terraces by the water for outdoor relaxation.

Infrastructure

The "Novyi Podil" residential complex is being built 10 minutes by car from Independence Square and a 5-minute walk from the historic district of Old Podil. A 10-minute walk to the Havana Bridge, connecting the development area with Rybalsky Island, and a 15-minute kayak ride to Trukhaniv Island. One can also reach Trukhaniv Island via a pedestrian bridge across the Dnipro River, a 35-minute walk or a 10-minute drive.

If public transport is needed, there is a bus stop for route 53 near the complex, and within a 5-minute walk are bus stops for routes 62 and 115, with the nearest metro station "Kontraktova Ploshcha" 11 minutes away.

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" includes its own developed infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, and service centers. All necessary social infrastructure facilities are also located near the new construction. The nearest "Silpo" grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and within the same 5 minutes by car, there are two "ATB-Market" supermarkets, one of which is in the "Shokolad" shopping center, and a "Silpo" store.

For children, modern playgrounds, children's sections based at the Cultural Center, a school, and two kindergartens will be available in the complex. Children can also walk to the "Znayka" kindergarten, "Podillia" kindergarten, and Preschool Center No. 676, all within 8-9 minutes. For older children, Gymnasium No. 107 "Vvedenska", School No. 124 specializing in information technology, and Gymnasium "Mezhigirska" are a 10-minute walk from the building. Within a 5-minute drive are kindergartens No. 120 and No. 162, Mathematical School No. 17, and School No. 10.
