LCD New Podil In Kiiv

"Novyi Podil" is a multifunctional residential area on the banks of the Dnipro River, which combines business-class apartments, its own embankment with a promenade and beach, a Cultural Center and an open-air amphitheater, commercial spaces and offices with open terraces on the roofs, offering views of Podil and the Dnipro River. The new construction project includes 7 blocks, the streets of which will be accessible to Kyiv residents and guests, while the inner courtyards will be for residents only. Commercial premises such as shops, offices, restaurants, and cafes will be located around the external perimeter of the blocks.

To design the 1-kilometer-long promenade, landscape design with dozens of types of shrubs, trees, meadow grass, and two restored port cranes will be used. The developer will create terraces for outdoor recreation by the water.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" is located 10 minutes by car from Maidan Nezalezhnosti and 5 minutes on foot from the historic quarter of old Podil. A 10-minute walk to the Havana Bridge, connecting the development area to Rybalsky Island, and a 15-minute kayak trip to Trukhaniv Island. Trukhaniv Island can also be reached via a pedestrian bridge over the Dnipro River, which is a 35-minute walk or a 10-minute drive.

If public transport is needed, there is a bus stop for bus number 53 near the complex, and within a 5-minute walk, there are bus stops for bus numbers 62 and 115, with the nearest metro station, "Kontraktova Square," an 11-minute walk away.

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" is equipped with its own developed infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, and service centers. All necessary social infrastructure facilities are located near the new construction. The nearest "Silpo" supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, with two "ATB-Market" supermarkets located within the same 5-minute drive, one of them in the "Shokolad" shopping center, and a "Silpo" network store.

For children, the complex will have modern playgrounds, children's sections based on its own Cultural Center, a school, and two kindergartens. Children can also walk to the "Znaika" kindergarten school, "Podillya" kindergarten school, and preschool center No. 676, which are 8-9 minutes away. For older children, within a 10-minute walk from the building, there is Gymnasium No. 107 "Vvedenska," School No. 124 specializing in information technology, and Gymnasium "Mezhigirska." Within a 5-minute drive radius, Kindergartens No. 120 and No. 162, Mathematical School No. 17, and School No. 10 are available

For sports and active recreation, the residential complex will feature sports grounds, running and cycling tracks, tennis courts, a basketball court, a football field, a skate park, and a climbing wall. Additionally, "Novyi Podil" project includes its own beach, a marina for yachts and pleasure boats, a boat station, and a kayak rental point.
