LCD SAGA City Space In Kiiv

SAGA City Space is a project in the format of Urban Hub, where residential and public spaces are combined. The complex is divided into sections of different heights - a three-story business center and a seven-story residential building.

The business center SAGA City Space faces Sagaidachnogo Street and fits into the historical development with its rhythm, low height, and color palette of decoration, but without imitating the architecture of past years. The facade will be adorned with a perforated brick masonry. In addition to the external appearance, the special feature of the brick is that the building will "glow from the inside" - in the dark, this will become a decorative illumination of the building.

The residential and business parts of the complex are connected by pedestrian galleries. The residential part is located deep on the site, where the height of the building will not disrupt the ensemble of the surrounding historical buildings. The facades of the residential part will also be made of perforated brick.

Podil is the heart of Kyiv, a district known not only for its old streets and architectural monuments, but also for its infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs, attracting people from different parts of Kyiv. To continue the dynamics of the district's infrastructure, the three-story part of the complex is designed for coworking spaces, a concert hall, office spaces, restaurants, and cafes. New format establishments are constantly opening in Podil, so residents of SAGA City Space will always be aware of the development of the capital's gastronomic map.
