SAGA City Space is an Urban Hub project that combines residential and public spaces. The complex is divided into sections of different heights - a three-story business section and a seven-story residential section.

The business center SAGA City Space faces Sagaidachnogo Street and fits into the historical architecture with its rhythm, low height, and color palette of decoration, but without imitating the architecture of previous years. The facades will be adorned with a perforated brickwork. In addition to the external appearance, the special feature of the brick is that the building will "glow from the inside" - in the dark, it will serve as a decorative illumination of the building.
