LCD SAGA City Space In Kiiv

SAGA City Space is a project in the Urban Hub format, combining residential and public spaces. The complex is divided into sections of different heights - a three-story business part and a seven-story residential part.

The business center SAGA City Space faces Sagaidachnogo Street and blends into the historical architecture with its rhythm, low height, and color palette decoration, but without imitating the architecture of past years. The facade will be decorated with a perforated brick masonry. In addition to the external appearance, the special feature of the brick is that the building will "glow from the inside" - in the dark, this will be a decorative illumination of the building.

The residential and business parts of the complex are connected by pedestrian galleries. The residential part is located in the depth of the plot, where the height of the building will not disturb the ensemble of the surrounding historical architecture. The facades of the residential part will also be made of perforated brick.

Infrastructure

Podil is the heart of Kyiv, a district known not only for its old streets and architectural monuments, but also for its infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs that attract people from different parts of Kyiv. To continue the dynamics of the district's infrastructure, the three-story part of the complex is designed for coworking spaces, concert halls, office premises, restaurants, and cafes. New format establishments are constantly opening in Podil, so residents of SAGA City Space will always be aware of the development of the capital's gastronomic map.

You can walk to the supermarkets "Silpo" and "Bill", as well as stores of elite alcoholic beverages, farm and eco-products faster than driving: a 15-minute walk to the Zhitniy market, where you can find home goods, fresh fruits, vegetables, farm products, spices, and dried fruits.
