About the project
IHOUSE Village is an exclusive comfort-class townhouse village located in a cozy part of Kyiv. Among private development, yet close to all urban amenities.
The village consists of twelve stylish townhouses grouped into two lines. The architecture of the project is a symbiosis of minimalism and Scandinavian style, so the houses look restrained and elegant. Light facades contrast with steep dark roofs. Graphite vertical elements of the facade decoration and slender panoramic windows in dark frames emphasize the gracefulness of the buildings. The facade lighting adds a special charm to the village at night.

Infrastructure
IHOUSE Village townhouses are located in the Zhuliany microdistrict, on Kooperatyvna Street. It is about a 20-minute drive to the central part of Kyiv and about 35-40 minutes by public transport. The nearest metro station can be reached in 20 minutes by bus No. 75, which stops 800 meters (10 minutes on foot) from the complex. At this stop, you can also take buses No. 56, 57, 75, 78, 374, 718, 732, 777, 812, 904 and shuttle buses No. 461, 496, 499, which run not only in Kyiv but also in the suburbs.
Near IHOUSE Village, there are all the necessary infrastructure facilities for a comfortable life: supermarkets, shopping malls, educational institutions, sports clubs, cafes, restaurants, and much more.
Within a 10-minute walk are "ATB-Market" and "Fora" supermarkets. And the hypermarket "Metro", with a large selection of fresh pastries, confectionery, meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits, is a 15-minute drive away. Also, the large shopping mall "Republic Park" is located near IHOUSE Village, just a 5-minute drive away. In addition to the supermarket and a gallery of shops of various orientations, this mall has a cinema, restaurants, bowling, a children's entertainment area, and more.
Within a 5-minute drive from IHOUSE Village, there are furniture centers and building supermarkets: "Epicenter", "Araks", "Agromat", "Ikea", and many others.
Believers will appreciate the proximity of IHOUSE Village to the magnificent Church of St. Dimitri of Thessaloniki, which is only a few minutes' walk from the project.
Residents will not have to spend a lot of time traveling to kindergartens or schools. The nearest kindergartens are located within a 5-7 minute walk from IHOUSE Village - No. 211, "Mandarinka", SvitloFor Kids, and others. And the nearest school No. 279 named after P.
