About the project

IHOUSE Village is an exclusive comfort-class townhouse village located in a cozy part of Kyiv. It is surrounded by private housing, yet close to all urban amenities.

The village consists of twelve stylish townhouses grouped into two lines. The project's architecture is a symbiosis of minimalism and Scandinavian style, giving the houses a restrained and elegant look. Light facades contrast with sharp dark roofs. Graphite vertical elements of the facade decoration and sleek panoramic windows in dark frames accentuate the slimness of the buildings. The facade lighting adds a special charm to the village at night.

IHOUSE Village guarantees residents peace and security. The common area is fenced and closed to outsiders. In front of the houses, there is a paved courtyard for cars, so neighboring cars will not interfere with anyone. Between the lines of townhouses, there is a pathway and a small sidewalk adorned with greenery. At the back of the townhouses, there are private yards with fences, which can only be accessed from the living room.

The townhouses of IHOUSE Village are built according to a single project. Three floors, three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms - families of any size will comfortably fit in such houses.

Infrastructure

IHOUSE Village townhouses are located in the Zhytomyrska microdistrict, on Kooperatyvna Street. It is about 20 minutes by car to the central part of Kyiv, and about 35-40 minutes by public transport. The nearest metro station can be reached in 20 minutes by bus No. 75, which stops 800 m away (10 minutes on foot) from the complex. At this stop, you can also take buses No. 56, 57, 75, 78, 374, 718, 732, 777, 812, 904, and shuttle buses No. 461, 496, 499, which operate not only in Kyiv but also in the suburbs.

Next to the IHOUSE Village townhouses, there are all the necessary infrastructure facilities for comfortable living: supermarkets, shopping malls, educational institutions, sports clubs, cafes, restaurants, and much more.

Within a 10-minute walk, there are "ATB-Market" and "Fora" supermarkets. And a 15-minute drive by car will take you to the "Metro" hypermarket, which offers a wide selection of fresh pastries, confectionery products, meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. Also, near IHOUSE Village is the large "Republic Park" shopping mall, which is only a 5-minute drive away. In addition to the supermarket and a gallery of shops of various orientations, this shopping mall has a cinema, restaurants, bowling, a children's entertainment area, and more.

Within a 5-minute drive from IHOUSE Village, there are furniture centers and building supermarkets: "Epicenter," "Araks," "Agromat," "IKEA," and many others.

Believers will appreciate the proximity of IHOUSE Village to the grand Church of St. Demetrius of Thessaloniki, which is only a few minutes' walk from the project.

Residents will not have to spend much time traveling to a kindergarten or school. The nearest kindergartens are located within a 5-7 minute walk from IHOUSE Village - No. 211, "Mandarinka," SvitloFor Kids, and others. And the nearest school No. 279 named after P. Hryhorenko is only a 10-15 minute walk from the village.
