Description

"Dnipro Island" is a modern residential complex from the company "Creator-Bud", which is being built in Osokorky, near the Dnipro River. The project consists of four low-rise comfort-class buildings on a landscaped area of 4.5 hectares. Each building is distinguished by its own architecture, creating a unique living experience amidst a vibrant, organic space.

The construction is carried out using monolithic-frame technology, with external walls of 250 mm ceramic block, interroom and interroom walls of ceramic block. Comprehensive mineral wool insulation and autonomous heating reduce energy costs. Energy-saving windows with a five-chamber profile are used for efficient energy conservation.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of the "Dnipro Island" residential complex will be closed to outsiders and car traffic. In the inner courtyard, there is a park with a dry lake, recreation areas, sports and children's playgrounds.
