Description

"Kyrylivskyi Hai" is a complex of buildings on the outskirts of a preserved natural forest landscape. To ensure a comfortable rest and walks, there are plans to restore the neglected part of the park and set up recreation areas with barbecue spots.

Infrastructure

The residential complex is located practically within the park, far from the noise of main roads. However, reaching the building will be easy - it is a 5-8 minute walk to public transport stops. By car, you can reach the city center via Hertsen Street or Olena Teliga Street via Melnykova Street.

If you need groceries, it's a 5-minute walk to "ATB", 12 minutes to "Silpo", and 9 minutes by car to "Lukyanivsky" market. The shopping mall "Promenada" is within walking distance, where there is a supermarket "Fora", pizzerias, sushi bars, bistros, and restaurants.

Next to "Kyrylivskyi Hai" are 3 kindergartens: No. 544 - 4 minutes, No. 204 - 8 minutes, No. 180 - 9 minutes on foot. Often there are no places in kindergartens in Kyiv, so a kindergarten will be built on the territory of the complex for residents. The school commute won't be long: it's a 5-minute walk to School No. 70, 10 minutes to School No. 1, and 10 minutes by car to Schools No. 199, 24, and 97.

For sports activities, sports grounds will be equipped, including a skate park. Cyclists will enjoy the area: there are bike paths in the park, and additional bike parks will be built on the complex's territory. It's a 20-minute walk to the sports complex "Avangard", which has a basketball court, ice arena, gym complex, and gym. Football players can reach the mini-football stadium "Spartak" in 7 minutes.

The project includes commercial spaces with separate entrances on the ground and basement floors.
