Description

"Kyrylivskyi Hai" is a complex of buildings on the outskirts of a surviving natural landscape forest. To ensure a comfortable stay and walks, it is planned to restore the neglected part of the park and set up recreation areas with barbecue spots.

Infrastructure

The residential complex is located practically within the park, away from the noise of highways. However, getting to the building will be easy - it is a 5-8 minute walk to public transport stops. By car, you can reach the center via Hertsen Street or take Melnykova Street to Olena Teliga Street.

If you need groceries, it's a 5-minute walk to "ATB", 12 minutes to "Silpo", and 9 minutes by car to the "Lukianivsky" market. The "Promenada" shopping center is within walking distance, where there is a "Fora" supermarket, pizzerias, sushi bars, bistros, and restaurants.

Adjacent to "Kyrylivskyi Hai" are 3 kindergartens: No. 544 - 4 minutes, No. 204 - 8 minutes, No. 180 - 9 minutes on foot. Often, there are no places in kindergartens in Kyiv, so a kindergarten will be built on the territory of the complex for residents. The school commute will not be long: it is a 5-minute walk to school No. 70, 10 minutes to school No. 1, and 10 minutes by car to schools No. 199, No. 24, and 97.

Sports enthusiasts will have equipped sports grounds and a skate park. Cyclists will enjoy the area: there are bike paths in the park, and additional bike parks will be built on the territory of the complex. A 20-minute walk to the "Avangard" sports complex, which includes a basketball court, ice arena, gymnastics complex, and gym. Football players can reach the "Spartak" mini-football stadium in 7 minutes.

The project includes commercial spaces with separate entrances on the first and ground floors.
