LCD Residential complex Poetica. Second collection In Kiiv

Residential complex "Poetica. Second collection" is a continuation of the Poetica project by developer ENSO. The complex consists of four buildings with original architecture, characterized by irregular shapes, multilevel facade, and cascading floors. A significant part of the buildings is glazed, creating good insulation and a sense of space in the apartments.

"Poetica. Second collection" has a stylobate that raises the buildings above the ground. This design solution creates a closed and safe courtyard without cars. An underground parking with a lift is provided for car storage. The courtyards will have children's play areas, workout grounds for sports activities, and green spaces for relaxation.

Infrastructure

The new residential complex "Poetica. Second collection" is being built in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the "Shuliavska" and "Politekhnichnyi Instytut" metro stations. The road to Independence Square will take 20 minutes by car through Degtyarivska and Sichovykh Striltsiv streets.

The special feature of the complex is its location in one of the greenest microdistricts of the city. Nearby are Pushkin Park, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Park, and the zoo.

There are numerous medical facilities within walking distance: Institute of Otolaryngology, Children's Allergy Center, City Infectious Diseases Hospital for Children, Hospital No. 14 for adults, private clinic "Oberig," and others.

Due to the proximity to leading universities - NTUU "KPI," O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, and KNEU - students will have convenient access to education. If you have schoolchildren in your family, the nearest schools No. 71, No. 74, No. 102, and private institutions "Leleka" and "Optima" are located within a 5-7 minute drive. For the youngest, there is Kindergarten No. 112 nearby, and a little further away are No. 82, No. 645, and No. 169.
