LCD Residential complex Poetica. Second collection In Kiiv

"Poetica. Second Collection" residential complex is a continuation of the Poetica project by developer ENSO. The complex consists of four buildings with original architecture characterized by irregular shapes, multi-level facades, and cascading floors. A significant part of the buildings is glazed, providing good insulation and a sense of space in the apartments.

"Poetica. Second Collection" features a stylobate that elevates the buildings above ground level. This design solution creates a closed and safe courtyard without cars. Underground parking with a lift is provided for car storage. The courtyards will be equipped with children's play areas, workout areas for sports activities, and green spaces for relaxation.

Infrastructure

The new "Poetica. Second Collection" residential complex is being built in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The "Shuliavska" and "Polytechnic Institute" metro stations are within a 10-15 minute walk. The road to Independence Square will take 20 minutes by car through Degtiarivska and Sichovykh Striltsiv streets.

The complex's distinctive feature is its location in one of the greenest microdistricts of the city. Nearby are Pushkin Park, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Park, and the zoo.

Many medical facilities are within walking distance: Otolaryngology Institute, Children's Allergy Center, municipal infectious diseases hospital for children, Hospital No. 14 for adults, private clinic "Oberig," and others.

Due to the proximity to leading universities such as NTUU "KPI," O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, and KNEU, students will have convenient access to education. For families with schoolchildren, the nearest schools No. 71, No. 74, No. 102, and private institutions "Leleka" and "Optima" are located within a 5-7 minute drive.
