LCD Residential complex Poetica. Second collection In Kiiv

"Poetica. Second Collection" residential complex is a continuation of the Poetica project by the developer ENSO. The complex consists of four buildings with author's architecture, characterized by irregular forms, multi-level facades, and cascading floors. A significant part of the buildings is glazed, creating good insulation and a sense of space in the apartments.

"Poetica. Second Collection" has a stylobate that lifts the buildings above the ground. This design solution creates a closed and safe courtyard without cars. Underground parking with a lift is provided for car storage. Children's play areas, workout sites for sports activities, and landscaped areas for relaxation are arranged in the courtyards.

Infrastructure

The new "Poetica. Second Collection" residential complex is being built in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the "Shuliavska" and "Politekhnichnyi Instytut" metro stations. The road to Independence Square will take 20 minutes by car through Degtyarivska and Sichovikh Striltsiv streets.

An feature of the complex is its location in one of the greenest microdistricts of the city. Nearby are the parks named after Pushkin, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, and the zoo.

There are numerous medical institutions within walking distance: Otolaryngology Institute, Children's Allergy Center, city infectious diseases hospital for children, adult hospital No.14, private clinic "Oberig," and others.
