Lucky Land Residential Complex is a new regional center of the Kyiv metropolis with a fully developed internal infrastructure. The concept of the complex was developed by the DIM group of companies together with the architectural bureau Archimatika. Its main idea is the combination of modern innovations with the traditions of Kyiv architecture.
The Scandinavian-style neighborhood is located near a large natural area that is environmentally friendly for living. To the north, the complex is surrounded by an age-old pine forest covering an area of over 100 hectares, and just a 5-minute drive from Lucky Land is the recreational area of Kyiv, Pusha-Voditsa.
The seven residential blocks of the comfort+ class residential complex are located on a territory of 28.5 hectares with their own developed internal infrastructure and form a multifunctional district in a live-work-play format that fully meets the daily needs of residents.
To avoid the well effect and lack of sunlight, different floor heights and multifunctional glazing have been applied. Each apartment has a balcony or private terrace with a view of the city. The on-site area is designed as an open public space with a park area, resting places, children's play areas, sports grounds, and promenade alleys.
