The new residential complex Welcome Home on Stetsenka is located in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv, near Palladina Avenue. Nearby is the recreational area Pushcha-Vodytsia. Parks, lakes, bike paths - all the gifts of nature are within reach.

These are multi-section buildings, 6-7 floors high based on products manufactured by the DBK-3 plant. We wanted to implement a project with such a unique feature in landscaping and architecture that would delight the complex's residents every day.

The idea of creating a residential art quarter emerged, where art objects would be created within a common theme and stylistics.

The chosen theme is the animal world, specifically the singing birds of Ukraine. The theme has great potential - small architectural forms for children's playgrounds, murals on building facades, and more. Residents will be able to join this type of creativity quite soon. Firstly, the readiness of the first phase of Welcome Home on Stetsenka is expected in December 2016. Secondly, the selection of several art objects will be based on the votes of buyers.
