The idea of the Riverside project is to create a cozy suburban complex integrated into the eco-system of the suburbs of Kyiv. The complex territory will resemble a park with recreational areas, walking alleys, and a water channel with bridges. Additionally, there will be a promenade with cafes, restaurants, and a beach area along the canal for the residents of the complex.

Infrastructure

To avoid residents of Riverside having to leave the complex, the project includes the development of its own infrastructure: a shopping center, sports complex, community center, and a 120-seat kindergarten will be built.

The ground floors will feature commercial spaces for shops, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, and post offices. Residents will be able to buy groceries not only within the Riverside complex but also at the market or in the village of Pohreby, which is a 3-minute drive away. The road to large supermarket chains will take 5-15 minutes by car: the nearest ones are "Varus," "Silpo," "ATB," "Fora," and "EKO-Market."

For school-age children, there are educational institutions of Kyiv nearby: it's a 10-minute drive to school No. 320, 11 minutes to schools No. 301, No. 300, and No. 311, and 12 minutes to school No. 308 and Gymnasium No. 283.

One of the main concepts of the Riverside complex is sports and health care, embodied in the organization of the public park Wellness City Park. The project includes plans for equipping Wellness City Park with a stadium with a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts, outdoor fitness equipment, parallel bars and bars for workouts, as well as changing rooms with relaxation areas for athletes. A skate park will be installed for fans of extreme sports.
