LCD SALUT! In Kiiv

The residential complex Salut is notable for its architecture - the complex consists of two towers, one of which has a cascading structure. The standalone tower will have rounded corners, adding variety to the layout. The second tower with a cascading structure forms a triangle, inside of which there will be a courtyard. The height differences are smooth, with a sloping roof. The roof will be open, creating additional picturesque areas for residents and their guests to relax.

The inner courtyard of the complex will be inaccessible to car traffic, allowing residents to peacefully stroll through landscaped playgrounds and green relaxation areas. The project also includes the development of a promenade along Lake Hlinka, as a small lake in the courtyard is a rarity.

Shopping for groceries will not be a problem - a 10-minute walk away is the Ocean Plaza shopping center with the "Ashan" hypermarket, shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, and a public aquarium. Also within 10 minutes are "Fora" and Novus, and within 12 minutes you can walk to "Silpo."

In the area of the Salut new building, there is developed infrastructure, with shops, showrooms, office centers, bank branches, hospitals, and pharmacies nearby. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the Izyumsky and Demiivsky markets.

If a kindergarten is needed within walking distance - it is an 8-minute walk to kindergarten No. 325, 10 minutes to kindergartens No. 450 and "Children's Gift," and 15 minutes to the "Malyatko" preschool and kindergarten No. 720. For older children, there are schools in the Pechersk district: schools No. 80, No. 47, No. 181, No. 133, and No. 88 nearby. For additional activities, there are dance schools, talent schools of Natalia Mohilevskaya, and children's development schools nearby.

You can practice yoga in the inner courtyard of the complex, and go for training with a coach across the street at sports clubs "Your Trainer," Kiev Sport Club, FitCurves, or Sport Plaza.
