LCD UNIT. Home In Kiiv

UNIT.City is the first innovative park in Ukraine. The project idea is to create an ecosystem and infrastructure for the business, high technology, and creative industries. The territory of the innovation park will consist of residential quarters, office buildings, children's space, and a guest hotel.

The concept of the UNIT.Home project is aimed at providing comfortable living conditions for professionals in intellectual spheres, developing the IT industry in Ukraine, a symbiosis of technological achievements and innovative technologies in creating living spaces, and opening a new tourist-attractive area of the capital.

Infrastructure

UNIT.Home is not just a residential complex, but a socio-cultural space. The project will implement the concept of a "city within a city," integrated into the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The own infrastructure will include commercial areas, restaurants, a medical center, school, fitness center, bike rental, and parking with charging stations for electric cars.

Registration at the UNIT.Home medical center will always be available online, where an electronic card system, reminders of preventive check-ups, and the ability to connect fitness trackers to the complex's medical platform will also be introduced.

The innovative school will be connected to the information systems of the UNIT.Home project. Through online communication, parents will be informed about the child's achievements, all important school events, and the child's movement within the UNIT.City area.

Visitors of the fitness club will be able to book training sessions online, track the schedule of trainers, groups, and the occupancy of the gym. Achievements of workouts can be recorded in an electronic diary, which generates a menu and helps order sports nutrition at UNIT.Cafe.

On the complex's territory, there are campuses with coworking spaces and conference rooms for performances or international conferences. The building area will be transformed into a park area with places for relaxation, bike paths, and children's playgrounds.

• Smart Home - an automatic system for calculating with meters for heat, water, and electricity, through which you can pay for services and monitor resource consumption
• Smart Lighting - energy-saving lighting of the territory, which adjusts during the day, weather, and road conditions. Information boards, navigation signs, Wi-Fi, surveillance cameras, and a quick response button are also installed in the lanterns
• A security service protects the premises, perimeter, and housing. Security patrols the area, applies preventive measures for possible threats and incidents, responds to residents' calls. To prevent incidents, video surveillance with algorithms for recognizing individuals and atypical behavior will be installed.
