LCD KM Gardd House Eco Village In Kievskaya oblaste

The comfort-class cottage village Gardd House Eco Village is located in the village of Rozhny, Brovary district, near the banks of the Desna River. According to the project, two construction phases are planned: 45 cottages and 44 duplexes. The main highlight of the village is a pond with an area of 500 sq.m for swimming and water activities, with a relaxation area. The water self-cleaning system and special green plantings create a unique eco-system in the pond, which remains clean and transparent at all times.

For walks in the shade of trees, there is a green park with a large children's playground at the entrance to the complex.
