KM Gran Montaña is a stylish and modern cottage town located near Kyiv, in the village of Hora in Boryspil district. The project concept is to create a place that is perfect for family living: safe, comfortable, ecological, and beautiful.

KM Gran Montaña is located on the outskirts of the village of Hora, which has convenient transportation connections to Kyiv. By car, you can reach the capital (Boryspil metro station) in 20 minutes, and by minibus the journey will take only 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about 800 meters from the town (10 minutes walk) - you can take minibuses No. 941 and 344, which will take you to Boryspil metro stations, Vorlytsia, and Kharkivska without transfers.
