Riviera Village is a club complex of buildings in a pine forest, adjacent to the Dnipro canal near the Kyiv Sea. The complex is located in the village of Lebedivka, Vyshhorod district, on a total area of 200 hectares, over 100 hectares of which are forests. The project is being implemented by the developer company "Riviera Estate."

Riviera Village is a stable and successful project that has been under construction and development for 15 years. During this time, the cottage complex has grown from 25 households to 200 already built. Today, another 150 cottages are being implemented here, located in 8 areas of the complex.

The cottages are built using traditional brick technology. These are modern, functional, and at the same time, aesthetically pleasing houses, the designs of which were developed individually with a focus on this unique natural location. Land plots without residential real estate are also being implemented on the territory of the club complex. The club complex is serviced by its own service company, which operates around the clock and on weekends to ensure the comfort of residents and solve all household issues, such as waste disposal, territory cleaning, etc.

Riviera Village is located in the village of Lebedivka, Vyshhorod district. It is 20 km to Kyiv by car, 7 km of which is the road home with the sea on the horizon. Thanks to the unique microclimate, coniferous forests, and the proximity of the river, there is clean air and favorable ecology here.
