Clothing, shoes, and household goods can be purchased at the "City Center" shopping center or at the "From A to Z" store, located 6 minutes away by car from the cottage town at 10 Andrusiv Street.
Parents of schoolchildren can send their children to one of the city's schools: to schools No. 2 and No. 3 - 7 minutes by car, to school No. 4 - 12 minutes. Preschoolers are welcome at the Horodok Educational Complex No. 5 and the "Barvinok" kindergarten, which can be reached in 6-8 minutes. Also, a 4-minute drive from the cottages is a children's music school.
Close to the medical facilities are a dental clinic and the central district hospital.
