Description

A picturesque place near a pond and forest in the suburbs of Lviv is the location of a cottage town at 10 Andrusiv Street in the district center of Horodok. The absence of industrial enterprises and major highways nearby will provide residents with fresh air and tranquility. On small adjacent plots, you can arrange a children's playground and a relaxation area with a green lawn and barbecue.

To harmoniously blend the two-story townhouses into the architecture of Horodok and the surrounding landscapes, natural wood and facing tiles "under the stone" are used in the facade decoration. For the comfort of residents and ergonomic space distribution, the attic floor will be residential.

Infrastructure

Horodok has a well-developed infrastructure, and if necessary, you can always drive to Lviv, which is 20 minutes away by car, and to the historical center of the city in 40 minutes. If you are used to using public transport, the city bus station and railway station are an 8-minute drive from the cottage town at 10 Andrusiv Street.

A 9-minute walk from the house is the Grocery Store market, where you can buy products from local producers and farmers, and 5-8 minutes away by car are the stores "Products", "Rukavychka", "Svizhenke Poriad", Sofia, and Horodok Market. Clothing, shoes, and home goods can be purchased at the "City Center" shopping center or at the "From A to Z" store, located 6 minutes away by car from the cottage town at 10 Andrusiv Street.

Parents of schoolchildren can send their children to one of the city's schools: schools No. 2 and No. 3 are a 7-minute drive away, and school No. 4 is 12 minutes away. Preschool children are welcome at Horodok Educational Complex No. 5 and the "Barvinok" kindergarten, which can be reached in 6-8 minutes. Also, a 4-minute drive from the cottages, there is a children's music school.

Close to the houses are a dental clinic and the central district hospital.
