GREENHOUSE CITY is a new European-style residential complex in the suburbs of Lviv, where an apartment will be a great investment for the future. The main idea of the new building is to provide satisfaction in every moment, and everything necessary has been created for this.
Two eight-story buildings, connected by a stylobate, form a closed inner courtyard implemented in the "car-free" concept, where you can walk, engage in sports, play with a child in the playground, and relax in the lounge area. Commercial premises for shops, cafes, and various services are provided on the lower floors of the buildings. To buy products or have a cup of aromatic coffee, just take the elevator to the lower floor of the building.
Infrastructure
The residential complex GREENHOUSE CITY is being built 15 minutes by car from the outskirts of Lviv and 30 minutes from Rynok Square in the historic part of the city. The M11 Shegini-Lviv highway, which is serviced by 35 bus routes, passes 5 minutes' walk from the new building, allowing quick access to the regional center and neighboring settlements.
The presence of its own infrastructure facilities in the complex will save time on trips to shops, beauty salons, banks, and other services. Residents of the new building will also be able to use the city's infrastructure, and if necessary, Lviv's as well.
In particular, within a 10-minute drive from the residential complex GREENHOUSE CITY, there are the grocery store "Vid A do Ya", supermarket "Rukavychka", and shopping center "Centr City". Also, a 15-minute drive by car will take you to the supermarket "ATB-Market" and the hypermarket "Metro" on the outskirts of Lviv.
For the youngest residents, there will be a kindergarten in the complex. Residents of the new building will also have access to kindergartens "Hatka vedmezhati", "Barvinok", and nursery-kindergarten No.2 "Kalynonka", Horodotsky NVK (school), municipal schools No.2 and No.3, children's music school, and Horodotska district small academy of arts named after P. Andrusiv, which are 10-12 minutes by car.
