Description

Standard One Terminal is a 25-storey business-class apartment complex that combines apartments, apartment-hotel, office, and commercial premises. Developer "KDD Ukraine" is implementing this project as an investment. Investors in "S1 Terminal" are offered the following options: fully furnished hotel apartments with renovation, furniture, and appliances, apartments with "white box" finishing, and office premises.

The concept of investing in hotel apartments involves receiving passive income with minimal investor involvement. All property management operations are transferred to an international hotel operator. The cost of the apartments includes design projects, furnishings, repairs, all necessary furniture, and appliances. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, comfortable furniture and wardrobes, air conditioning, and a set of additional options.
