Description

Standard One Terminal is a 25-story business-class apartment complex that combines apartments, apart-hotel, office, and commercial spaces. Developer "KDD Ukraine" is implementing this project as an investment. Investors in "S1 Terminal" are offered the following options: fully finished hotel apartments with repairs, furniture, and appliances, apartments with "white box" decoration, and office spaces.

The concept of investing in hotel apartments involves receiving passive income with minimal investor participation. All property management operations are transferred by the owner to an international hotel operator. The cost of the apartments includes design projects, furnishings, repair work, all necessary furniture, and household appliances. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, comfortable furniture and wardrobes, air conditioning, and a set of additional options. The hotel operator with a world-renowned name will be responsible for guest search and placement, building maintenance, financial issues, and all other tasks.
